Products you received a tax refund receipt for have a different exchange and refund process. You must bring the tax refund receipt, and if you have already completed the refund, we may not be able to process it. Please contact the store before you leave Korea.
Bring unopened products to the checkout counter with your receipt. Our staff will check that the box and packaging are not damaged, then process your request. Boxes can get crushed in a suitcase, so it is safest to come to the store before you head back to your hotel.
