Prices and products

Do I have to buy a lot to get a low price?

No. Prices do not change with the quantity you buy. Even if you buy just 1 item, you pay the price on the shelf label.

What products do you sell?

We sell everyday medicines such as fever and pain relievers and cold medicine, pain relief patches, ointments, hair loss products, women's health products, health supplements and vitamins, and K-beauty cosmetics and dermocosmetics.

Can I find a product without knowing its name?

Yes. Just knowing what you need, such as fever and pain, a cold, muscle pain, or a wound, is enough. That is because products are displayed in sections by symptom and purpose.

Can I read the price labels?

Shelf price labels are in 4 languages: Korean, English, Chinese, and Japanese. They also show what symptoms each product is for, so you can choose without asking staff.

Language support and pharmacist advice

Can I ask questions in languages other than Korean?

You can ask in English, Chinese, or Japanese. Even if you don't know the product name, tell us your symptoms or what you need it for, and we will help you find the right shelf.

Can I get advice from a pharmacist?

Our in-store pharmacist can advise you on how to take it and precautions. If you take any medicines or have allergies, please let us know.

Payment and tax refund

Can I pay with Alipay or WeChat Pay?

Yes. We accept Alipay, WeChat Pay, and UnionPay, so you can pay with the app you usually use, without exchanging currency.

Can I pay with WOWPASS?

Yes, we accept WOWPASS too. It is a prepaid card for foreign visitors, so just show your card at the checkout counter. If your balance is too low, top up and then pay again.

Can I get a tax refund?

Foreign visitors can get a tax refund. You need your physical passport when you pay, so be sure to bring it. A copy or a photo of your passport will not work.

Can I get my refund right in the store?

Yes. After you pay, you can get cash back at the self-service tax refund kiosk inside the store, so you do not have to wait at the airport.

Taking medicines home and purchase limits

Can I take medicines I bought back to my country?

It depends on the country. Depending on ingredients and quantity, you may need a customs declaration or the items may not be allowed in, so check your country's rules before you leave Korea.

Is there a purchase limit per person?

Some over-the-counter (OTC) medicines have a purchase limit per person to prevent misuse. These limits are set by law, so the store cannot raise them.

Do some products need a prescription?

Yes. Some products require a doctor's prescription. Our staff can suggest alternatives you can buy without a prescription.

Refunds and other questions

Can I get a refund on an opened product?

For safety reasons, exchanges and refunds on medicines are limited once they are opened. Please check the dosage and ingredients before you buy.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, you can. Please use a leash or pet carrier for other shoppers.

Can I contact you by phone?

Please call 010-7350-1653. Calls are answered during opening hours. For questions that change over time, such as stock, ask just before your visit for the most accurate answer.
